Hope you guys are feeling well and enjoying your life !!   I have come to know that Losing weight is the headache of most of the people now a days so it compel me to write an article for you people so that you can prevent or can lose your weight easily. Losing weight is not that much hurdle but it needs a bit more time and a bit regularity. Obesity makes your life difficult and don't let you move to your success. There is no doubt that obese people can also get successful but it is difficult for them to achieve their goal then those who are fit and smart. If you feel you are overweight and trying to lose your weight then you are on the right platform. Here i have to show you the simplest ways to lose your weight and you don't have to struggle to much....


1.      Food Diet

                Often people dislike eating less and are addict of eating all the time. So food diet is helpful for those people. They are advice to eat low-carb food and avoid taking sugar and starch. Take your food enriched with proteins and vitamins. Eat whenever you feel hunger. Replace butter and starch in your food list with fruits and vegetables. Eat real food that is low-carb. With following the food diet you can reduce your weight at home without daily exercises.

What you should eat?

                Meat_ beef, chicken, pork, lamb, bean, salmon fish, trout fish, egg.

               Broccoli

2.      Replace water with alcohal
                Drinking water can help you lose your weight because water increases metabolism which remove waste from your body and act as a appetite suppressant. Drinking cold water can help you more because your body has to do some work on it to make it hot suitable for your body which can lead to lose more pound.
How to drink more water
                Drink before you eat.
                Replace cold drinks with ice cold water
                Join Gym or Start exercise
                Start jogging

3.      Daily Exercise
                Take a routine. Start daily exercise for half an hour which can prevent you from being overweight and can reduce your weight by 8 pounds in two months. Researches had comes that instead of doing exercise for an hour, daily half an hour exercise can give you a better result. Daily exercise can keep you free from different disease, likewise it can lower your blood pressure, it can control your diabetes and many others and it keeps your body fit, active and smart.

4.      Sleep on time
                One would think that losing weight so much that it would happens with sleeping. But researches had comes that sleeping can cause your weight lose. Sleeping change the hormonal activity of leptin and ghrelin which is considered responsible for check and balance of your hunger and fullness.  When you go to sleep  your leptin level drop and ghrelin level increases which make you feel full for longer time. So sleep on time. Get enough sleep according to your age and stay fit, healthy and smart.

5.     Change Routine
                Change in routine can give you relief from stress and anxiety. Following a routine like a machine is not a human nature so keep your routine changing time to time and keep yourself away from stress and depression, which is the cause of weight gaining. The major cause of depression is the way people led their life, like a machine. It has been surveyed that people who change their routine time to time are feel good and comfort then those who stick to their routine. So keep your life simple and live a very happy life.




How to remove dark circles under your eye

The darkness under the eye is called dark circle. It is also known as dark ring or shadow. These dark circles effect the beauty of whole face,keep the beauty away and lead the face an ugly scar. There are many reasons which can cause dark circle but the main reasons or factors are overage, inadequate sleep, allergy, physical and mental stress, heredity, unhealthy food diet and over-weeping. By controlling these factors in moderate way we can keep these darkness and puffiness away from our life.


How to prevent from dark circles under eyes

There are different solution to this problem, we can have cosmetic treatment, home remedies, and clinical treatment. But we would prefer the home remedies because there is no side effect of natural ingredients, not mostly expensive than clinical and cosmetic treatment. Here are few ways that will help you reduce dark circles under your eye.
1.     Potato
                 Take two to three chilled potato's and grate it and extract the juice.soak the cotton ball with the juice and keep it on eyes for 10 to 15 minutes. Make sure that the cotton cover the dark circle and the eyelids. Now rinse your eyes properly. you can also use slices of potato and keep it on your eye for 10 to 15 minutes. But potato juice can give you better result. Keep this process twice a day and for 1 to 2 weeks.

2.     Cucumber
                  Cucumber is considered a best bleaching and cooling agent. Cut off a fresh cucumber into slices and keep it in a cool place for an hour. Now keep these slices on your eyes for 10 to 15 minutes but make sure that the slices cover the dark circles and eyelids. After 10 to 15 minutes wash your eyes with water. you will feel your eyes lighten and fresh. This remedy will help you reduce or completely remove dark circles.

3.     Get Sufficient Sleep
                      Adequate sleep can free you from mental and physical stress and make you fresh. The sleep limit can vary with age of people. People who are in between 17 to 30 year old must sleep for 5 to 7 hours a day and  those who are over 30 years must take 7 to 9 hours a day.  Before going to bed remove your eye make up because if you don't do so, when you get older your eyes will look much more tired and puffy. keep your sleep routine for a couple of days to reduce the darkness under the eye.
4.      Rose Water
               For eye darkness and puffiness you can get advantage of rose water. However you can also use it for anti-bacterial and anti-septic purposes. Soak cotton ball with rose water and place it for 10 to 15 minutes on the effected area . Now rinse your eyes properly. Repeat the process for two or three times a day.This remedy can completely remove the dark circles within few weeks.  


  
5.     Almond Oil
                Almond oil can also be beneficial in getting rid over the darkness under the eye. Remove all your eye makeup and take a few drops of almond oil and gently massage it for 2 to 3 minutes on the darkness and effected area under your eye. Keep it set all night and rinse your eyes at morning. The almond oil can be used for reducing wrinkles,moisturizing, sun protection and anti-inflammation and it has no harmful effect on skin.

6.      Use Ice Cube

                 Wrapped an ice cube in the cotton cloth. Close your eyes and apply the ice cube for 5 second to make your eyes cool. Repeat the process for 5 minutes. It will keep the eyes cool and fresh. You can also use a cool tea bag for this purpose but keep the tea bag in refrigerator for overnight so that  they can be used on the next day.

How to make your teeth white and glowing

Teeth play an important role in the facial beauty. Beautiful and white teeth create a charming smile. If your teeth are not looking well it will effect the beauty of whole face. Your teeth require your regular attention. Clean your teeth two times a day, avoid eating too much sweet, hot and cold things.Keep regular check up from a dentist. But if your teeth are pale or not white, there is  do not need to worry regarding to this i have a few tips that will get your teeth clean and shinny.


1.       To make your teeth shiny, brush your teeth with salt and baking soda.


2.       If your teeth are bleeding, mix up honey and olive oil in equal proportion and put that mixture on your teeth will prevent from bleeding.


3.       To remove the paleness and yellowness of black tea and smoking. you must try to brush your teeth with sodium bi-carbonate.


4.       For teeth polishing, powdered coal ash and charred bread is also useful.



How to apply these tips


First of all you have to take an image of your teeth, then follow the routine for 10 to 15 days and then take another image and check it before and after. All this process is just for self satisfaction if you think there is no need of doing this so you can skip it.


Brush your teeth two times a day, once at morning before breakfast and once at night before going to bed.When you are brushing your teeth do not forget to add baking soda and a few drops of lemon juice to your toothpaste. brush your teeth for 8 to 10 minutes.

High Blood pressure treatment without medication


What is hypertension?


Blood pressure is the force of blood against the wall of arteries that evenly rises and falls throughout the day. When blood pressure rises and stay elevated then it is called high blood pressure or hypertension. The hypertensive blood pressure can lead to stroke, brain disorder, impaired vision, heart attack and other fatal disease that can cause death of human being.

there is no exact cause of hypertension but here are some factors that can develop hypertension.

Morning walk
        Morning walk with brisk pace is very essential for lowering of blood pressure and can lower blood pressure 8 mm mercury over 6 mm mercury. Must try to keep changing your distance and speed consequently so that you keep challenging yourself.



Drink (a little) alcohol
        Alcohol can be good and it can also bad for lowering of blood pressure. Drinking less amount of alcohol can reduce your blood pressure by some points but if you are drinking excess amount of alcohol it can increase your blood pressure by several points and can have different side effect on your body. The appropriate amount is one drink a day for women of 65 years or older and for men of 65 years or younger. If you are not an addict of alcohol then don’t try it for lowering blood pressure because it has disadvantages more than benefits.


Exercise regularly
          Daily physical activity can reduce the blood pressure and keep the body fit and smart. Physicist also advice to exercise regular for 30 to 60 minutes for physical fitness. It prevents from different disease like heart attack, overweight, and lower the blood pressure up to 14 mm of mercury. It does not take longer time, increasing your exercise can lower your blood pressure within few days or a two week. 




Balance diet
         Diet plays a crucial role in lowering of blood pressure. Food diet for hypertension or high blood pressure is commonly called Dash diet. You must care about your food diet. Mostly use vegetables. Cook your own food or buy low salt or unsalted food. Take your food enriched with potassium and vitamin C such as potatoes, tomatoes, garlic and fruits. Avoid the food that are having high or excessive cholesterol such as egg, rice, salt, fat, red meat, alcohol, sugar in excessive use, and fast food.


 Deep breathing
              Deep breathing can release stress and provide other noticeable health benefits. You will likely feel calmer after performing deep breathing exercises, and may trade feelings of anger or fear for a focused, relaxed state of mind. Deep breathing is sometimes used to treat anxiety disorders, sleep problems and even general body aches and pains.
