Make five changes to lose weight

Hope you guys are feeling well and enjoying your life !!   I have come to know that Losing weight is the headache of most of the people now a days so it compel me to write an article for you people so that you can prevent or can lose your weight easily. Losing weight is not that much hurdle but it needs a bit more time and a bit regularity. Obesity makes your life difficult and don't let you move to your success. There is no doubt that obese people can also get successful but it is difficult for them to achieve their goal then those who are fit and smart. If you feel you are overweight and trying to lose your weight then you are on the right platform. Here i have to show you the simplest ways to lose your weight and you don't have to struggle to much....


1.      Food Diet

                Often people dislike eating less and are addict of eating all the time. So food diet is helpful for those people. They are advice to eat low-carb food and avoid taking sugar and starch. Take your food enriched with proteins and vitamins. Eat whenever you feel hunger. Replace butter and starch in your food list with fruits and vegetables. Eat real food that is low-carb. With following the food diet you can reduce your weight at home without daily exercises.

What you should eat?
Protein Sources

                Meat_ beef, chicken, pork, lamb, bean, salmon fish, trout fish, egg.

Low-Carb Vegetables:
               Broccoli
               Cauliflower
               Spinach
   Kale
   Brussels Sprouts
   Cabbage
   Swiss Chard
  Cucumber
  Celery

What you must not eat?

                White Bread                                                      
                Wheat pasta
                Multi-Grain Bread

                Butter
                Milky Cream

                Ice cream

2.      Replace water with alcohal
                Drinking water can help you lose your weight because water increases metabolism which remove waste from your body and act as a appetite suppressant. Drinking cold water can help you more because your body has to do some work on it to make it hot suitable for your body which can lead to lose more pound.
How to drink more water
                Drink before you eat.
                Replace cold drinks with ice cold water
                Join Gym or Start exercise
                Start jogging

3.      Daily Exercise
                Take a routine. Start daily exercise for half an hour which can prevent you from being overweight and can reduce your weight by 8 pounds in two months. Researches had comes that instead of doing exercise for an hour, daily half an hour exercise can give you a better result. Daily exercise can keep you free from different disease, likewise it can lower your blood pressure, it can control your diabetes and many others and it keeps your body fit, active and smart.

4.      Sleep on time
                One would think that losing weight so much that it would happens with sleeping. But researches had comes that sleeping can cause your weight lose. Sleeping change the hormonal activity of leptin and ghrelin which is considered responsible for check and balance of your hunger and fullness.  When you go to sleep  your leptin level drop and ghrelin level increases which make you feel full for longer time. So sleep on time. Get enough sleep according to your age and stay fit, healthy and smart.

5.     Change Routine
                Change in routine can give you relief from stress and anxiety. Following a routine like a machine is not a human nature so keep your routine changing time to time and keep yourself away from stress and depression, which is the cause of weight gaining. The major cause of depression is the way people led their life, like a machine. It has been surveyed that people who change their routine time to time are feel good and comfort then those who stick to their routine. So keep your life simple and live a very happy life.
